Well, here it is... my first ever "all by myself" turkey. The skin was a little dark on top, but it peeled right off. Surprisingly, it wasn't even dry.
I had to work Thanksgiving afternoon, so we ate later in the evening. Poor Jett was STARVING!! I gave him some marshmallow/fruit salad before everything was on the table to appease him. Big mistake! He wouldn't eat anything else.

I'm thankful for my boys. They bring me such immeasureable joy & happiness. Who knew life could be so good? I love you two!!!
